Purchase of own securities and total voting rights
Octopus Titan VCT 2 plc announces that on 21 June 2011 the Company purchased for
cancellation 15,758 Ordinary shares at a price of 83.0p per share.
Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is now
16,220,459 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10p each, with voting rights.
The Company holds no shares in Treasury.
