Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights
Octopus Titan VCT plc (the "Company") announces the allotment and issue of 1,219,880 Ordinary Shares of 10p each at a price of 95.7p to shareholders who elected to receive Ordinary Shares under the Dividend Reinvestment Scheme as an alternative for the interim dividend for the period 1 November 2014 to 30 April 2015, payable on 24 July 2015.
Mr Alexander MacPherson, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, was allotted 3,599 Ordinary Shares at a price per share of 95.7p and his total holdings are now 175,771 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.08% of the Company's issued share capital.
Mr Simon Andrews, also a person discharging managerial responsibilities, was allotted 757 Ordinary Shares at a price per share of 95.7p and his total holdings are now 36,979 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital.
Miss Jane Vinson, also a person discharging managerial responsibilities, was allotted 742 Ordinary Shares at a price per share of 95.7p and her total holdings are now 36,273 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital.
Mr William Gibbs, also a person discharging managerial responsibilities, was allotted 21 Ordinary Shares at a price per share of 95.7p and his total holdings are now 1,060 Ordinary Shares representing less than 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
Mr Simon King, also a person discharging managerial responsibilities, was allotted 120 Ordinary Shares at a price per share of 95.7p and his total holdings are now 5,721 Ordinary Shares representing less than 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the new shares. Admission is expected to become effective on or around 31 July 2015.
The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now: 225,697,299 Ordinary Shares.
