Issue of Supplementary Prospectus

Octopus Titan VCT plc (the "Company") announces that it has published a supplementary prospectus (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the offer for subscription for ordinary shares of 10p each to raise up to £50 million, with an over allotment facility of a further £30 million.

The Supplementary Prospectus refers to the publication of the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 October 2015 (the "2015 Accounts"), certain information from which is incorporated by reference into the Supplementary Prospectus.

The Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and copies of the Supplementary Prospectus and the 2015 Accounts will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at:
