The Board of Octopus Titan VCT plc is pleased to announce that, due to confidence in the underlying performance of the portfolio, the special dividend of 5p per share announced on 3 February 2016 to be paid on 29 April 2016 to shareholders on the register on 15 April 2016 is no longer conditional upon the completion of the acquisition of portfolio company TouchType Limited by Microsoft Inc.
