Statement re Dividend Reinvestment Schemes

Dividend Reinvestment Schemes

The Companies announced on 28 October 2014 that they will pay interim dividends in respect of the period from 1 May 2014 to 31 October 2014 of 2.5p, 2.5p, 2.5p, 2p and 2p per share to the Titan 1, Titan 2, Titan 3, Titan 4 and Titan 5 shareholders respectively. These dividends will be paid on 21 November 2014 to shareholders who are on the Company's registers of members on 7 November 2014. 

Titan 4 and Titan 5 also announced that special dividends of 15p and 10p per share respectively, will now be paid unconditionally on 21 November 2014 to those Titan 4 and Titan 5 shareholders on their respective registers of members on 7 November 2014.  These were previously to have paid to the Titan 4 and Titan 5 shareholders respectively on 28 November 2014, conditional upon the Merger having taken place (as announced on 16 September 2014 at 18.39 hrs).

Those shareholders of the Companies who do not presently participate in the dividend reinvestment scheme of the Companies (the "DRIS") but who wish to have the proceeds of the dividends referred to above, and future dividends, reinvested on their behalf, are advised that the election date for participation in the DRIS is 6 November 2014. 

A DRIS mandate form can be requested from Capita Asset Services ("Capita"), The Registry, 34 Beckenham Road, Beckenham, Kent BR3 4T, by telephoning Capita on 0871 664 0324 (calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras, lines are open 08:30am - 5.30pm Mon-Fri and if calling from overseas please ring [phone]) or from the Octopus website: www.octopusinvestments.com.   The DRIS mandate form must be received by Capita no later than 6 November 2014 to be effective for the dividends payable on 21 November.
