Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Odyssean Investment Trust PLC (the "Company") announces that it has issued 150,000 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each under its block listing facility at a price of 102.75 pence per share on 5 September 2018. The shares rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.

The issue of ordinary shares is being made in order to meet market demand. The proceeds of the issue will be used in further pursuing the investment objective of the Company.

As a result of this issue, the total number of ordinary shares that the Company will have in issue will be 88,257,211 and the total number of voting rights of the Company will be 88,257,211. There are no shares held in treasury. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
