APPOINTMENT OF ADDITIONAL CORPORATE BROKER

Old Mutual plc ("Old Mutual") is pleased to announce that it has appointed Goldman Sachs International as joint corporate broker with immediate effect to work alongside Old Mutual's existing corporate brokers, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank.
