OLD MUTUAL - CANCELLATION OF LISTING OF DEBT SECURITIES
Old Mutual plc wishes to announce that it has applied to the Financial Services Authority, in its capacity as United Kingdom Listing Authority, to cancel the listing on the Official List of the United Kingdom Listing Authority of the following debt securities issued by it with effect from (and including) 25 September 2012:
U.S.$750,000,000 8 per cent. Subordinated Cumulative Perpetual Notes (ISIN: GB0033038141) (the "Notes").
The application to cancel the listing of the Notes with effect from 25 September 2012 has been made as a result of the proposed redemption of the Notes in full on or about 21 September 2012.
