Cancellation of Treasury Shares
In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4R, Old Mutual plc (the Company) announces that it has cancelled 239,434,888 Ordinary Shares of 10p each previously held in treasury. Following the cancellation, the Company's issued share capital is £556,184,574.80 made up of 5,561,845,748 Ordinary 10p shares and the Company no longer holds any shares in treasury.
