NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES OR CONNECTED PERSONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH RULE 3.1.4R OF THE DISCLOSURE AND TRANSPARENCY RULES
Old Mutual plc announces the following changes in listed subsidiary share interests of a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities.
Expiry of an option under the Nedcor Group (1994) Employee Incentive Scheme
An option under the Nedcor Group (1994) Employee Incentive Scheme in favour of Mr T Boardman, Chief Executive of Nedbank Group Limited, over 126,200 Nedbank Group Limited shares at R123.60 per share granted on 2 July 2002 expired on 2 July 2008.
The total number of Nedbank Group Limited shares held by Mr Boardman under option under the Nedcor Group (1994) Employee Incentive Scheme and the Nedbank Group (2005) Share Option, Matched Share and Restricted Share Scheme is 417,765, of which 225,000 have vested. The total number of restricted shares held by Mr Boardman under the Nedbank Group (2005) Share Option, Matched Share and Restricted Share Scheme is 60,167.
Mr Boardman also holds 73,936 Nedbank Group Limited Ordinary shares (of which 30,000 are held in respect of the Matched Share Scheme) and 85,000 Nedbank Limited preference shares.
