LAPSE OF OPTIONS UNDER THE SOP AS A RESULT OF THE IFRS EPS-BASED PERFORMANCE TARGET REQUIRED FOR VESTING NOT BEING ACHIEVED. OPTIONS FOR MR ROBERTS AND MR HOPE WERE ORIGINALLY GRANTED ON 30 MARCH 2007 WITH AN EXERCISE PRICE OF £1.626 PER SHARE. OPTIONS FOR MR HANRATTY WERE ORIGINALLY GRANTED ON 30 MARCH 2007 WITH AN EXERCISE PRICE OF R23.40 PER SHARE. OPTIONS FOR MR BIRRELL WERE ORIGINALLY GRANTED ON 23 AUGUST 2007 WITH AN EXERCISE PRICE OF R22.34 PER SHARE.
