Director's retirement
Mr Murray Stuart, a non-executive Director of Old Mutual plc, retired from the
Board of Old Mutual plc today upon reaching the age of seventy. He has also
today ceased to be a member of the Company's Remuneration and Audit Committees.
He had been a Director of the Company since March 1999, and was the senior
independent non-executive Director and Chairman of the Nomination Committee
until February 2003.
Commenting on Mr Stuart's retirement, Mike Levett, Chairman of Old Mutual plc,
said: 'I would like to thank Murray for his valuable contribution to the Board
and its Committees over the past four years. We wish him a long and happy
retirement.'
