DISCLOSURE OF DIRECTORS' INTERESTS IN OLD MUTUAL LIMITED SHARES UPON ADMISSION

Shareholders are referred to the pre-listing statement published by Old Mutual on 20 April 2018 (PLS), wherein the expected direct and indirect beneficial interests of Old Mutal directors in Old Mutual shares on the admission date, being 26 June 2018, was set out. Shareholders are hereby advised of the the following corrections to certain of these disclosures contained in the PLS:
