ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2018
Old Mutual plc (the "Company") has today published a circular to its shareholders containing Notice of its 2018 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). The AGM will be held in the Presentation Suite, 2nd Floor, Millennium Bridge House, 2 Lambeth Hill, London EC4V 4GG on Monday 30 April 2018 at 11.00 a.m. (UK time). As in prior years, the AGM will be webcast via the Company's website at www.oldmutualplc.com.
A copy of the Notice of the AGM and the Form of Proxy will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. These documents will also be available later today at www.oldmutualplc.com/agm. Old Mutual plc is a holding company for several financial services companies. In March 2016, it announced a new strategy of managed separation entailing the separation of its underlying businesses into independently-listed, standalone entities.
The managed separation strategy seeks to preserve and release the value currently trapped within the group structure. The managed separation will be materially complete by the end of 2018.
