old mutual announces sale of rogge
Old Mutual plc today announces that it has agreed to sell Rogge Global Partners ("Rogge") to Allianz Global Investors. Rogge, a fixed income asset management business based in London, had £24.1 billion of funds under management as at 31 December 2015.
The transaction is expected to complete in the second quarter of 2016.
