OM asset Management plc - issue of 4.800% notes due 2026

On 20 July 2016, OM Asset Management plc (OMAM), the majority-owned subsidiary of Old Mutual plc, made two filings with the SEC relating to the issue of $250 million of 4.800% notes due 2026 and providing an update on its assets under management and indebtedness as at 30 June 2016.
