Purchase of shares by N D T Andrews, Non-Executive Director, Old Mutual plc
Mr Nigel Derek Tracy Andrews purchased 7,000 Old Mutual plc shares on 19 April
2006 at a price of £2.025 per share. This is the total numbers of shares in the
Company in which Mr Andrews (together with his connected persons, for the
purposes of section 346 of the UK Companies Act 1985) is now beneficially
interested.
