informing the Company that Franklin Resources, Inc. and its affiliates had at
that date a notifiable interest, for the purposes of Part VI of the UK Companies
Act 1985, in 5.03% of the Company's ordinary share capital, represented by an
aggregate holding of 275,803,230 shares.
