Subject: Notice for Redemption of Oman Arab Bank Perpetual Subordinated Bonds OAB PERPET. SUB (OAPB) issued on 17 October 2018
Oman Arab Bank SAOG (the "Bank") has issued an irrevocable notice, pursuant to the Bank's Call Option 6.8b of the terms and conditions of the above-captioned bonds ("OAPB"), to the holders of these bonds that the Bank will fully redeem all of the OAPB bonds on 17 October 2023 (the "Redemption Date"). The OAPB bonds will be redeemed at their aggregate principal plus the interest accrued to, but excluding, the Redemption Date.
The OAPB Bonds were originally issued on 17 October 2018 for OMR 42.553 Million (USD 110.53 Million) at an interest rate of 7.50% per annum and are listed on the MSX Bonds Market (ISIN: OM0000006805).
