The Company provides notification of the following transaction, effected on 9 December 2021, relating to the PDMRs named below and in respect of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares").

The transaction arose in respect of the exercise of nil-cost options over Shares granted on 9 July 2019, as amended on 22 December 2020, under the On the Beach Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan and the subsequent sale of the Shares acquired.
