Death of a Director

 

 

Nottingham, UK - 6 June 2016: Oncimmune Holdings plc (AIM: ONC.L) sadly announces the death of Robert (Bob) Page, the Company's CFO and a director who died unexpectedly on Friday 3 June 2016 from natural causes.

 

The Company's sympathies are with his family.

 

All of his responsibilities have been assumed by other members of staff for an interim period, including Andrew Millet, BA MBA, FCA, the current Company Secretary and a practising chartered accountant, who will take the role of interim CFO. The Company has started the process to recruit a new CFO.
