Appointment of CFO to Board of Directors

Ondo InsurTech Plc (LON: ONDO) announces that Kevin Withington CFO will be appointed to the Board of Directors for Ondo InsurTech PLC and to its wholly owned subsidiaries today 26^th September 2022.

There are no further regulatory disclosures with regards to Mr. Withington's appointment to the Board which would require disclosure under Listing Rule 9.6.13.
