On 17 July 2002 Michael Hodges, the Chairman of the Company, subscribed for
232,558 ordinary shares of 5p each at the closing price of 21.5p per share on 16
July 2002.  This brings Mr Hodges total shareholding to 1,364,572 ordinary
shares representing 19.39 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
Application has been made for the shares to be traded on AIM and admission is
expected on Tuesday 23 July 2002.
