Directors' Shareholdings
The Company announces that on 8 April 2005 Michael Hodges, Clement Chambers,
David Crump and Jonathan Mullins as part of the rearrangement of their personal
pensions and shareholdings, each sold the number of On-line ordinary shares
detailed in the table below to their own personal SIPPs.
Following the transactions, each of Messrs Hodges, Chambers, Crump and Mullins
remains beneficially interested in the same number of On-line ordinary shares as
before the transactions, the total numbers of which are given below.
