On-line PLC announces endorsement agreement

On-line Plc announces an agreement with leading football magazine GOAL!. 
Goal! is the premier teenage football magazine in the UK and is to formally
endorse On-line's Giant Killers game, a football management title specifically
developed for 11-16 year old players, which is to be launched early in the new
year under On-line's new publishing label On-line Sports. 

The relationship with Goal! will see the game promoted over a three month
period in the pages of the magazine. In addition Goal! will support the game
with the magazine's first ever cover mounted CD demo. This promotion will see
CD demos of the game distributed to all the magazine's news stand and
subscriber readers.

Mike Hodges, On-line's MD, said, 'we have developed significant skills in the
development of Sports games with our work for 3rd party publishers. We have
been working on a highly focused range of sports titles and are now well
positioned to exploit our new products through a mixture of publishing and
licensing. The early reaction to Giant Killers is most promising and suggests
that we can look forward to a robust launch of our sports range in 2000.'
