Following the announcement on 10 July 2001 of the submission by Akaei plc
('Akaei'), a subsidiary of On-line, of a 10 day notice regarding its proposed
flotation on the Alternative Investment Market, the Company is pleased to
announce that Akaei's placing has been completed and Akaei's shares begin
trading on AIM this morning.
