Investee company admitted to OFEX

Further to the Company's announcement on 9 February 2005, On-line is pleased to
announce that Smoking Gun Entertainment Group plc ('SGEG') was admitted to
trading on OFEX yesterday.

At close of business on 28 February 2005 SGEG reached a price of 9.125p per
share making it the day's top OFEX riser.  At the closing market price of 9.125p
per share, On-line's 20% stake in SGEG is valued at £912,500.
