Issue of Equity

In accordance with the terms of a trading agreement, the Company has issued
229,031  new ordinary shares of 5p each at 25.75p per share. The new ordinary
shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary
share capital of the Company.



Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be
admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to become effective from 18
September 2003.
