ON-LINE ANNOUNCES SCANDINAVIAN DISTRIBUTION DEAL

On-line Sports, a division of On-line PLC (the Aim listed Internet and Content
company) today announced a new distribution deal with Golden Games AB, 
Sweden's leading mass market distributor.

The deal will open a new market for On-line's forthcoming software titles
distributed throughout the Scandinavian market - one of the biggest in the
world.

According to figures for 1999 released by MDTS, the Swedish equivalent of
ELSPA, the Golden Games AB has a massive 46% market share of the Swedish PC
mass market.

Rod Cobain, On-line Sport's Managing Director said, 'I have worked with Golden
Games for many years and I know they will help greatly with the expansion
plans I have for On-line Sports.  We have been very focused in growing our
publishing business and this is an important piece in our growth strategy.'

Thomas Forsberg, Golden Games AB's Managing Director commenting on the 
announcement said, 'We have the pipeline, both physical and electronic, to
reach the game playing consumer in Scandinavia. On-line Sports is a great
content provider and we look forward to working with them to deliver
outstanding value and games to the Scandinavian market.'

On-line's Sports label was launched at ECTS in September 1999 and had success 
earlier this year with Giant Killers - the first ever football management game
for the under 16's market.  On-line Sports is now gearing up, ready for the
launch of Giant Killers Euro Manager 2000 in June during the Euro 2000 Soccer
championships.

Golden Games is a private company located in Stockholm with offices in Norway
and the UK.  Currently employing 16 people, Golden Games AB specialises in
mass market value added distribution and demand generation for PC games.
