Announce link for new financial network

On-line PLC, the AIM listed Internet specialist, has announced a new
partnership with Hemmington Scott Ltd, the leading provider of corporate
data on UK listed companies.

On-line PLC will link with Hemmington Scott's fundamental data through a
new web site www.advfn.com.  The web site, which is scheduled to go live in
the autumn is currently in closed test.

www.advfn.com (advanced financial network) showcases On-line's skills at
presenting high-end data in sophisticated graphical formats and will aim to
be very accessible to investors.  The quality of the data provided by

The agreement between On-line PLC and Hemmington Scott Ltd follows the
recent link with Quote.com in the US and represents a rapid move by the
company to exploit its state-of-the-art graphic technology in the
