NOTICE OF PRELIMINARY RESULTS DATE


On-line plc, which specialises in the development of Internet content and
tools, software and web sites, in addition to the development and publication
of games in all formats from PC to Nintendo Colour Gameboy, confirms today
that its Preliminary Results for the year ended 30 June 2000 will be announced
on Monday 30th October 2000.
