ON-LINE PLC ANNOUNCES SEGA DREAMCAST DEVELOPER STATUS

On-line PLC, the Aim listed Internet content company, today announced it has
signed contracts with Sega Enterprises Ltd of Japan, which give the company
official DREAMCAST developer status.

Michael Hodges, On-line's Managing Director said, 'Dreamcast developer status
is an important step towards our goal of building a world class developer
publisher. Dreamcast is a key platform and we are looking forward to producing
Internet and Sports Games for it.' 

Clement Chambers, Sales and Marketing Director said, 'The Internet potential
of the Dreamcast is very exciting. With our recent soccer game success and our
Extreme Trial Bike license from the world governing body, the opportunities
for us on this platform are very attractive.'
