On-line Trading Update

On-line announce update on current trading conditions

On-line are pleased to announce that its subsidiary Advertwizard is now
generating material income and reached monthly profitability in December and
is now cashflow positive.

Based on progress so far, On-line has high expectations for AdvertWizard going
forward and believes that Advertwizard is becoming a valuable digital
advertising platform in a lucrative new media sector.  The automated network
now serves ads to over 4m people worldwide each month.

Marcus Exall, Managing Director of AdvertWizard said 'We are delighted to have
got the business to this stage ahead of expectations.  The team has worked
hard to deliver these results, and with the new marketing technology solutions
we will be launching in the first half of this year we are very positive about
the future.'

Development of AdvertWizard started in October 2000 and it went live during
