Notice of Final Results

and

Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

OnTheMarket plc (AIM: OTMP), the majority agent-owned company which operates the onthemarket.com property portal, today announces that the Company's will publish its Final Results and Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2023 on 10 July 2023.

The Company also announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 2-6 Boundary Row, London, SE1 8HP on 31 July 2023 at 10:30 a.m. The Notice convening the Annual General Meeting will also be published on 10 July 2023.

Shareholders who still wish to attend the AGM in person are asked to register their intention as soon as practicable by email to [e-mail] with the subject title "AGM 2023". Hard copies of the Company's Annual Report and Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31 January 2023 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders who elected to receive these.

Following the announcement made on 24 January 2023, Tom Carter has since joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board effective immediately.
