The Company announces that on 29 August 2008 Patrick Michael (Mike) Grasby, a non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 0.0147p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 53p. 

Following this purchase Mike Grasby's total interest in the share capital of the Company is 5,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.002 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
