Director/PDMR Shareholding 

The Company received notification on 30 July 2008 that Andrew Brian purchased 55,000 ordinary shares at 27 pence per share and John Fickling purchased 91,666 ordinary shares at 27 pence per share. Following this purchase Mr Brian has an interest in 221,667 shares, representing approximately 0.2 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company and Mr Fickling has an interest in 975,666 shares representing approximately 0.9 per cent of the Company.
