The Board announces that Mr Kesavan Sridharan (known as "KS"), a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has stepped down from the Company's board with immediate effect for personal reasons.  The Board would like to thank Mr Sridharan for his contribution to the Company over the last few years and wishes him well for the future.
