OptiBiotix Health plc (AIM: OPTI), a life sciences business developing compounds to tackle obesity, high
cholesterol, diabetes and skincare, a nnounces that at the Annual General Meeting (ÒAGMÓ) held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.
As shareholders were unable to attend the AGM in person as a result of the ongoing pandemic, they were given the option to submit questions in advance.
