Completion of Funding
Further to the Company's announcement on 12 November 2010, Oracle is pleased to announce that the
subscription by Regency Mines Plc for 18,500,000 new Ordinary Shares in Oracle at a price of 5.5 pence
per share has now been completed.
Oracle confirms that the Company has 184,211,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue and Regency Mines
Plc is interested in 10.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Shahrukh Khan, Chairman of Oracle Coalfields, said,
"I welcome the investment from Regency Mines which is a demonstration of confidence in our strategy. I
am pleased with the progress the Company is making. We are working towards completion of Bankable
Feasibility Study."
