RESULT OF AGM

Oracle Coalfields PLC (AIM:ORCP), the UK coal developer of a lignite mineral property located in the south-eastern desert of the Sindh Province, Pakistan, yesterday (29 May) held its Annual General Meeting at the St. Stephen's Club, 34 Queen Anne's Gate, London SW1H 9AB.

The Directors of the Company confirm that all the resolutions proposed at the meeting were approved.
