Further  to  the  announcement  released earlier today regarding the subscription  by  Regency  Mines  Plc  for
18,500,000  ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, the Directors of Oracle have been notified that  Regency
Mines  Plc  is now interested in a total of 20,750,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing  11.26  per
cent of the Company's issued share capital.

The Directors of Oracle are responsible for the contents of this announcement.
