Orca Interactive Ltd (the 'Company' or 'Orca')

Orca received notification on 7 March 2008 that, as at 6 March 2008, Vidacos
Nominees Limited was the legal owner of 3,473,983 ordinary shares in the
Company, representing approximately 9.8 per cent. of the Company's current
issued share capital. Of this legal holding, 3,052,651 ordinary shares,
representing approximately 8.6 per cent. of the Company's current issued share
capital, are beneficially owned by CIBC World Markets Corp. The balance is held
by various beneficial owners, none of which has a notifiable interest in Orca's
share capital under the Vidacos Nominees Limited legal holding.
