Orca announces that, in relation to the recommended cash acquisition of the
Company by Viaccess S.A., as announced on 10 March 2008 (the 'Acquisition'), a
document (the 'Notice') convening an extraordinary general meeting of the
Company for 15 April 2008, at which the approval of Orca shareholders for the
Acquisition will be sought, is today, 10 March 2008, being posted to Orca
shareholders.
