Cancellation of Treasury Shares

Origin Enterprises plc (the "Company") announces that on 29 July 2022, it cancelled 1,084,797 ordinary shares of EUR 0.01 each.  These shares had been held in treasury following repurchase by the Company as part of its €40m share buyback programme which concluded on 8 July 2022.

Following the cancellation, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 115,554,689 (each carrying the right to one vote) and the Company's total number of ordinary shares in treasury (which do not carry voting rights) is 9,763,176.
