Strategic Consolidation in Irish Grain and Feed Industry

Origin Enterprises plc ('Origin' or 'the Group') announces that together with W & R Barnett Limited it has completed the transaction to establish an all-Ireland grain and feed handling, logistics and trading business which will be formed through the integration of Origin's business of R & H Hall in the Republic of Ireland with the business of Origin and Barnett in Northern Ireland.

Full details of the transaction are outlined in the Stock Exchange announcement dated 10 November 2010.
