Origin Enterprises plc ('Origin' or the 'Company') has received notification today from Invesco Limited of an increase in its shareholding in the Company.  Following a purchase of 3,939,812 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company on 29 September 2015, Invesco Limited is now the holder of 7,720,380 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in Origin.  This holding represents approximately 6.2% of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.
