Origin Enterprises plc ('Origin' or the 'Company') has received notification today from F&C Management Limited of an increase in its shareholding in the Company.  Following a purchase of 68,720 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company on 05 August 2015, F&C Management Limited is now the holder of 6,318,885 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in Origin.  This holding represents approximately 5.0% of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.
