Origin Enterprises plc ('Origin' or the 'Company') has received notification from Ameriprise Financial, Inc. of a decrease in its shareholding in the Company. Ameriprise Financial, Inc is now the holder of 4,900,237 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in Origin. This holding represents approximately 3.90% of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.

Correction
On 26 November 2021, Origin received notification from Ameriprise Financial, Inc. of an increase in its shareholding in the Company, with 3,875,086 ordinary shares of €0.01 each, representing approximately 3.09% of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares. On 03 February 2022, Origin received further notification from Ameriprise Financial, Inc that the shareholding disclosed on 26 November 2021 was erroneous, and should have instead referred to a shareholding of 5,036,910 ordinary shares, representing an increase above the subsequent notifiable threshold of 4%.
