The Ameriprise Financial Group is now the holder of 3,111,580 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in Origin and held control over 302,198 voting rights of the Company for a temporary period. This combined holding represents approximately 3.05% of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.
