Re-issue of Treasury Shares

Origin Enterprises plc ("Origin" or "the Company") announces that on 16 December 2022 it transferred 96 treasury shares to satisfy an exercise of share options granted under the Company's Savings Related Share Option Scheme (UK).

Following the above transfer, the number of treasury shares in the Company has reduced from 11,941,367 to 11,941,271. The total number of the Company's ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, is now 113,379,104.
